ADHD & Me Group
Group for adults that are navigating ADHD, professional life, and the things in-between.
Anxiety, Perfectionism, & ‘I can’t even…’
Group for adults navigating symptoms of anxiety, looking to process symptoms and learn tools/coping skills, and find themselves navigating the experience of high pressure, feelings of overwhelm, and still feeling like they ‘can’t even’. Yet, they are… hence, here we are.
Neurodivergent Experience, Motherhood, & Watering Oneself
Group for mothers that may identify with a neurodivergent identity and/or diagnosis (e.g. ADHD, Autistic, learning differences), along with navigating the stressors of life, and needing space & work on caring for self.

Open & Mindful (OM)
Group to practice being in the present, here & now, flowing with one’s thoughts, practice self-acceptance, while exploring creative outlets (e.g. painting, beading, mosaic, photography).

Social Anxiety Group
Small group to provide a kind & safe space to help individuals navigate symptoms of anxiety, opportunity to build skills & strategies to work through symptoms, build tolerance, and enhance self-esteem and self-acceptance. Adult & teen groups, depending on interest & need.
