Welcome. Pivotal Beginnings is a Rhode Island based provider of services for children, teens, adults, and families. Pivotal Beginnings offers a variety of supports: psychotherapy, support/peer groups, clinical & behavioral consulting, & workshops, etc.

Life can have moments where additional support, feedback, and intervention is needed from a licensed professional or a source outside from your day-to-day life. We strive to provide individuals & families with the knowledge and support to empower themselves to make changes that lead to an improvement in wellbeing. We offer support to a variety of needs/experiences, and additionally experienced in working with individuals that might be navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, and/or have learning differences, or align with a neurodivergent experience. Our approach is informed by a behavioral, person-centered & strengths-based perspective, while integrity, dignity, & acknowledging the individuality of experience one may find themselves in are paramount in our services.
